Parul Sen is a digital artist based in Kensington in Melbourne’s west who loves capturing the beauty of her surroundings. Through her designs she explores urban spaces and manmade objects softened by ever-changing nature.
Born and raised in Jaipur, India, Parul worked as a graphic artist who always loved the beauty of nature and architecture that captures the essence of local areas.
Her first piece, Kensington and Flemington showcases iconic architecture while providing the colour and texture of flora of those suburbs.
Inspired by the beautiful Newport Lakes, this is the latest of Parul’s suburban art tea towel range. Newport Lakes is an icon to all Newport locals and visitors. A bush oasis in a former bluestone quarry, the Lake provides a tranquil sanctuary to birds and walkers alike.
Printed in Melbourne on a beautiful cotton/linen blend fabric, they can be used as a tea towel or wall hanging.
